Annual plans — built for commitment, not churn

We offer a generous free tier for exploration. Monthly plans would allow buyers to join, extract value (use AI discovery, get supplier contacts, close a deal), and cancel — leaving suppliers with no ongoing relationship and Biosource without the revenue to maintain the platform. Annual plans mean you're a serious participant. The free tier lets you verify the platform is right for you before committing.

Any buyer and supplier introduced through Biosource must transact through the platform for 24 months from first contact. If you transact offline after a Biosource introduction, a 3% introduction fee of the first year's transaction value is owed. This is standard in deal origination and marketplace platforms. It protects the suppliers who invest time responding to your RFQs. We explain this clearly at sign-up — it's not buried in small print.

Annual plans are non-refundable but we'll work with you if your circumstances change significantly. We don't charge punitive exit fees. You can always downgrade to the free tier at renewal. We'd rather keep you happy at a lower tier than have you leave angry — your referrals matter to us.

The 1.5% fee applies to confirmed purchase orders placed and processed through the Biosource platform, above €1,000. Sample orders, RFQs, and introductions are free. The fee is automatically calculated at checkout. It does not apply to ongoing orders from the same supplier-buyer pair where the introduction predates Biosource membership (i.e., existing relationships you bring to the platform).

Qualifying startups grant Biosource a 1–2% equity stake via a SAFE note — the same instrument used by YCombinator and thousands of seed investors. Biosource has no board rights, no operational involvement, and no preference shares. In exchange, you get 24 months of full platform access (both buyer and supplier capabilities), co-marketing, investor introductions, and quarterly impact reports. The equity is worth nothing today; the platform access could be worth hundreds of thousands of euros in closed deals.

Always. Every sponsored placement is clearly labelled "Sponsored" in amber — similar to Google Ads labelling. Biosource's credibility depends on buyers trusting our AI matching. We would never secretly rank a material higher for payment without clear disclosure. Sponsored placements only appear in categories where the material is genuinely relevant.
